The copyright of the Data belongs to Zenrin Co., Ltd. or a third party who grants these rights.
2 The City grants the following rights to the user within the scope of private use stipulated in the Copyright Law. In addition, the user does not acquire any rights regarding the Data other than the following.
(1) Browsing the Data displayed on this site with a web browser.
(2) Printing out the Data displayed on this site on paper media (the "Reprinting Product").

(1) Except the permitted uses outlined in the preceding article, the Data may not be duplicated (including printing), transcribed, extracted, processed, modified, adapted, transmitted, etc. by any method.

The user acknowledges that the City is not responsible for data conversion, repair, refund or other liability in the case that the Data does not necessarily meet the user's purpose of use or requirement, or if the Data is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
(Site Suspension)
Article 4
The City may on a regular basis temporarily suspend all or part of this service when performing maintenance and inspection of this site.
2 The City may temporarily suspend all or part of the operation of this site without prior notice to the user if any of the following items apply.
(1) When urgent maintenance / inspection of the site is performed.
(2) When the operation of this site becomes impossible due to an accident such as a fire or power outage, a natural disaster such as an earthquake or flood, a war, a riot, or a labor dispute.
(3) When the City determines that it is unavoidable to suspend the operation of this site due to operational or technical reasons.
(4) When this site cannot be operated due to a malfunction.
3 The City may terminate the operation of this site at its own discretion.
<Information Regarding Sediment Disasters>
● Sediment Disaster Warning Areas and Sediment Disaster Special Warning Areas are based on the "Promotion of Sediment Disaster Prevention Measures Regarding Sediment Disaster Warning Areas Law" (commonly known as the Sediment Disaster Prevention Law), and is an area designated by Kagoshima Prefecture where there is a risk of harm to residents in the event of the collapse of a cliff or a debris flow. Debris Flow Damage Estimated Areas, Debris Flow River Valley Hazard Areas, Steep Slope Collapse Areas, Potential Steep Slope Collapse Areas, Potential Landslide Damage Areas and Landslide Hazard Areas are shown on this site as locations where there is a risk of Rockfall, Landslide, and Hillside Collapse as found in a survey conducted by Kagoshima Prefecture.
<Information Regarding Floods>
●Potential Flooding Areas are based on past flooding records, but do not necessarily indicate the entire range where Flood Damage may occur.
<Information Regarding Tsunamis>
● The Potential Tsunami Flooding Areas are based on a scenario hypothesized by Amami City in which the highest tsunami waves occur (the scenario is called the Amami Islands Pacific Ocean Offshore (Northern Area) Earthquake).

第1条データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
2 市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。
なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebプラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること(以下「複製成果」という。)
(遵守事項)
第2条利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製(印刷を含 む。)、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
(2) 有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わずデータ
(その他又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む)を第三者に利用させないこと。
(保証)
第3条利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなく、又すべてが正確かつ完全でないこと及び市はこれらがあってもデータの変換・修補・代金返還その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。
(本サイトの停止)
第4条市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
2 市は、次の各号に該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく、一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3)市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
3 市は、市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
<土砂災害に関する情報>
●土砂災害警戒区域及び土砂災害特別警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」(通称、土砂災害防止法)に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として鹿児島県が指定する区域です。
本サイトの土石流被害想定区域、土石流危険渓流、急傾斜地崩壊箇所、急傾斜地被害想定区域、地すべり被害想定区域、地すべり危険箇所は、がけ崩れや地すべり、山腹崩壊の危険性がある箇所として鹿児島県が行った調査結果をもとに示しています。
<洪水に関する情報>
●浸水想定区域については、過去の浸水実績を示したものであり、必ずしも浸水被害の発生する可能性のある範囲全てを示していません。
<津波に関する情報>
●津波浸水想定区域は、奄美市における想定される最大津波(奄美群島太平洋沖(北部)地震)を想定しています。
